On Friday, April 26th, the State of NJ celebrated Arbor Day in Asbury Park by planting 40 large trees at Liberty Square Park and with the Boys & Girs Club. These trees will re-shade areas strongly impacted by Hurricane Sandy. The NJ Tree Foundation was proud to be a partner, along with NJ Community Forestry, and would like to extend our sincere thanks to the tree professionals who volunteered their time!
