Fall Digging Hazards – These are trees that we have found to have poor survival rates when dug for transplanting in the Fall. When possible, secure Spring dug material or container-grown trees.
Urban Tolerant Trees – These are trees that we have found to be highly tolerant of the tough urban environment.
Utility Friendly Trees – These are trees that are suitable for planting under utility lines because they will stay small. Always call 811 before you dig to check for underground utilities that are not visible to the eye!
